What does a typical engagement look like?
It starts with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your needs. From there, we propose a tailored engagement, whether that's a license analysis, partner matching, quality assurance review, or strategic advisory. Engagements range from quick assessments to ongoing advisory relationships.

How can I become a T2T partner?
Apply through our Become a Partner page. We look for proven Atlassian implementation experience, enterprise-ready delivery capabilities, strong references, and a commitment to quality outcomes. We'll review your application within 5 business days.
What kind of leads will I receive?
Every lead is pre-qualified for budget, timeline, and genuine need. You'll receive detailed customer profiles with requirements, constraints, and decision criteria. We only match you with opportunities that align with your expertise and capacity.
Is there a fee to join the partner network?

Initial consultations are free. Engagement costs vary based on scope: license analyses start at a fixed fee, partner matching is included in our advisory service, and quality assurance projects are scoped individually. We always provide transparent, fixed-fee or capped pricing.

Initial consultations can typically be scheduled within 1 week. License analyses take 1-2 weeks. Partner matching delivers first recommendations within 2-3 weeks. Quality assurance engagements are scoped on a project basis.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. While we offer one-time assessments and analyses, many clients choose our ongoing advisory services for continuous optimization, license management, and partner oversight. We build long-term relationships, not one-off transactions.
